2. Delivery Estimates We strive to get your posture corrector to you as quickly as possible. The following are estimated delivery timeframes once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Our delivery estimates are accurate for the vast majority of orders. In rare cases, external factors beyond our control β€” such as a random customs inspection, carrier disruption, or public holiday β€” may cause a short additional delay. We appreciate your patience should this occur and will always keep you informed.

Service Note: During periods of high order volume (such as seasonal sales or holidays), delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you.

3. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

4. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's progress at any time.

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

5. International Shipping, Customs & Delays Physio BodyWell is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs or taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection by government border agencies in the destination country. Customs inspections are conducted at the sole discretion of the relevant government authority and are entirely outside the control of Physio BodyWell or our shipping carriers. In the event that your order is held for customs inspection:

  • Delivery estimates will be extended for the duration of the customs hold.
  • Physio BodyWell is not liable for delays resulting from customs inspections or other government-initiated processes.
  • We and our shipping partners will monitor affected shipments and follow up as permitted.
  • We will communicate any known delays to affected customers as promptly as possible.

Please note: A customs hold does not constitute non-delivery or a failure to fulfil the order on the part of Physio BodyWell. The order remains in transit and we remain committed to ensuring its delivery.

Physio BodyWell is also not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, postal strikes, or other force majeure events.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks We ask that customers contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider. In the majority of cases, we are able to resolve issues swiftly and to the customer's satisfaction.

Please be aware that initiating a chargeback for an order that is confirmed in transit β€” including orders delayed due to customs inspection β€” may be considered premature. We reserve the right to contest such disputes with supporting evidence of dispatch and tracking.
