1. 120-Day Guarantee

You have 120 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. To be eligible, the posture corrector must be in its original packaging and include all accessories.

2. Hygiene Requirements

Because our products are worn against the skin, items must be returned in "like-new" condition. We cannot accept returns that show significant signs of wear, stains, or odors. Please try the belt on over a thin layer of clothing initially to ensure a proper fit.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at physiobodywell@gmail.com with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Reason for return (we love feedback!)

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
